How do I contact the GNC iX NOC to open a service ticket or request support from GNC iX?The GNC iX is manned 7x24x365 by on-site GNC iX NOC personnel that can address and respond to all of your service-related support requirements. Are Remote Hands Services available at GNC iX and how do I arrange them?Remote Hands Services are provided on a Customer request basis and are available 7x24x365. Remote Hands Services (RHS) involve onsite technical assistance or basic physical support that may apply to emergencies, troubleshooting, installations, scheduled maintenance, or specific projects that are carried out under Customer’s express instruction. All RHS activities must be initiated by opening a RHS Ticket that includes specific instructions of the work to be performed. To open a RHS Ticket please send an email to support@gncix.com with a brief description of your requirements and when you would like the services to be provided.

How do I arrange a visit to the GNC iX?Security is a top priority at the GNC iX data center and we strictly adhere to facility-specific and government-specific security protocols. There are three levels of security clearances employed at GNC iX: For unescorted access within the facility, all Customers, Suppliers, and Contractors must be Certified as Authorized Person(s) prior to arriving at the GNC iX data center. Certification as an Authorized Person(s) requires the endorsement of your employer and confirmation that certain background checks have been performed and are current. Upon arrival at the GNC iX facility. Authorized Person(s) will be required to provide government-issued photo identification and will receive a GNC iX badge that designates security status and grants electronic access to designated areas within the GNC iX facility. Contact security@gncix.com to get started or for more information. All other persons that have not received a security clearance as an Authorized Person prior to their arrival will be designated as an Escort-Required Visitor. An Escort-Required Visitor must be escorted by an Authorized Person(s) or a member of the GNC team at all times. If escorted by GNC personnel, Remote Hands Services fees will apply. What size cabinets are available at GNC iX?GNC offers a variety of Cabinet Sizes ranging from 44U x 24" (w) x 36" (d) to 44U x 32" (w) x 48" (d). Custom Cage space is also available on individual case basis. The GNC cabinet catalog is provided below for reference.

Can I bring my own cabinet to GNC iX?GNC iX offers a range of colocation options to our Customers. Customers colocating in a private cage or suite, are welcome to bring their own cabinets into GNC iX. All other colocation Customers will be assigned a cabinet of GNC iX specifications.

What services are available at GNC iX?GNC iX offers a full range of colocation solutions. Our products include full and half cabinets, private cages and suites, a wide selection of AC and DC power configurations, remote hands services, and secure on-site storage. GNC iX is a carrier-neutral facility. Extensive connection options within the data center, to other major locations on the island of Guam, and to all submarine cable systems landing on Guam are seamlessly available from GNC.

Which subsea cable systems can I connect to from GNC iX?The JGA-North, JGA-South, and SEA-US subsea cable systems can be directly connected from GNC iX. Through our carrier-neutral partner network, GNC iX is diverseley connected to 7 additional subsea cable systems landing on Guam. The GNC iX network hub directly links to Japan, Australia, US, Philippines, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Brunei, and South Korea via a single subsea cable system connection.
